MMS Bath Protocol (Detox Support)
The MMS Bath Protocol is used to help detoxify the body through the skin, allowing chlorine dioxide to act externally while supporting overall wellbeing. This method is often used in conjunction with oral protocols.
Preparation:
MMS solution: Activate 30–60 drops of MMS with the same amount of 4% HCl
Let it react for 30 seconds until it turns a light yellow. DO NOT INHALE AT THIS POINT
Add the activated solution into a bathtub filled with about 40–60 liters of warm water (standard half-filled bath). Use less drops for less water
How to Use:
Soak in the bath for 20–30 minutes.
Keep the water warm but not too hot (heat reduces the effectiveness of chlorine dioxide).
You may repeat daily or a few times per week, depending on individual tolerance and detox needs.
⚠️ Important Notes:
Avoid using soaps, shampoos, or other products in the MMS bath.
If skin irritation occurs, reduce the number of drops (start with 20–30 instead of 60).
Always ventilate the bathroom — chlorine dioxide can release a slight gas that should not build up in a closed space.
